Learn the skills required for customer service, hospitality, merchandising and cashiering with the Customer Service and Cashier Training Certificate program. This 14-week training program is designed to assist you if you have had barriers to employment.

You’ll learn through customer service and cashier training courses classroom, lab, and work experience components, and receive cashier training in customer service, cashiering, communication and teamwork skills. You’ll also learn employability skills and job search techniques, and have the opportunity to obtain cashier certificates in POS Cashiering, WHMIS, and Superhost. Gain real world experience through a community practicum in the customer-service or retail field and graduate with job-ready skills.
